Guest on Out of Office Podcast – Feb 2026

I had a deeply meaningful conversation on the Out of Office podcast, where we spoke about the many chapters of my life and how they shaped my evolving understanding of wellbeing, resilience, healing, and self-connection.

The conversation traced the many layers of my journey – from a difficult childhood and the survival patterns that shaped my early sense of self, to the Indian Navy, where I learnt discipline, resilience, courage, and structure. We also spoke about endurance sports, marathons, strength training, and Ironman 70.3, and how physical challenges helped me rebuild belief in myself, one step at a time.

A significant part of the conversation was around the health and emotional breakdown I experienced around 2020. What first felt like a collapse eventually became a turning point. It made me realise that physical strength alone is not complete wellness. The body can be strong, but the nervous system can still be overwhelmed. The mind can be disciplined, but the heart may still be carrying unhealed pain.

This phase led me into deeper inner work – mindfulness, breathwork, journaling, emotional awareness, shadow work, nervous-system regulation, somatic practices, spiritual reflection, and simple daily rituals that helped me rebuild from within.

We also spoke about my evolution from fitness coach and nutritionist to Holistic Life Transformation Coach, and how my work today integrates the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. For me, true self-care is not only about workouts, nutrition, or surface-level wellness. It is about learning to listen to ourselves, regulate stress, meet our emotions honestly, and come back into alignment with who we truly are.

At the heart of this conversation was a message very close to me: Strength is not only about pushing harder. Sometimes, strength is knowing when to pause, soften, heal, and stop abandoning yourself.
